1. The service

Axarquía Concierge helps homeowners find local businesses in the Axarquía. We publish a directory and, when you send a request, pass it to up to three suitable businesses. The service is free for homeowners and you are never obliged to accept a quote.

2. We are not a party to the works

Any agreement for works or services is made directly between you and the business you choose. That business is responsible for its quote, its work, its licences and its insurance. We recommend you always ask for a written quote, check whether IVA is included, whether a licence (licencia de obra or declaración responsable) is needed, and whether the business is insured.

3. How we check businesses

We check that listed businesses exist and trade locally, and “Verified” businesses have confirmed their details with us. These checks reduce risk but are not a guarantee of any business’s work.

4. Your account and conduct

Give accurate information, keep your login private and use the service lawfully. Reviews must be your own genuine experience of a real job. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Liability

We provide the directory and introductions with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, prices, delays or conduct of businesses you hire. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

6. Complaints

Email concierge@axarquia.app. We reply within 5 working days. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new version here. Spanish law applies; if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
