What we collect and why

• Requests (name, email, phone, town, job details, photos): to find suitable businesses and pass your request to up to three of them – legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Accounts (name, email, phone, language, messages, quotes, reviews): to provide your account – legal basis: contract.
• Business listings (business name, services, area, phone, website, languages): to run a local business directory – legal basis: legitimate interest. Any business can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time; we act within 48 hours.
• Security logs (IP country, technical logs): to keep the service safe – legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who receives your data

The businesses matched to your request (only after they accept it), and our service providers acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database, EU region), Resend (email) and Google Maps Platform (ratings). Where a provider is outside the EU, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Requests: 24 months after they are closed. Accounts: until you delete them. Email logs: 12 months. Business listings: while the business is listed.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent – in your account or by emailing concierge@axarquia.app. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Star ratings and review counts come from Google Maps and belong to Google.
