1. Listings

A basic listing is free. Listings may be created from public business information (name, services, area, public contact details, website) and are removed or corrected on request within 48 hours. You must keep your details accurate and hold the licences and insurance your work requires.

2. Job requests (leads)

We send you requests in your trade and area. Please accept or decline within 48 hours; unanswered leads may go to another business. Customer contact details are shared only after you accept, and may be used only for that job.

3. Quotes and work

Quotes must be in writing and state whether IVA is included. Your contract for the work is directly with the customer; you are solely responsible for your work, pricing, licences, insurance and conduct.

4. Data protection

For customer data you receive, you act as an independent controller: use it only for the job, keep it secure and delete it when no longer needed.

5. Reviews and fair play

No fake reviews, no reviews in exchange for discounts, and no contacting customers for anything other than their request.

6. Removal

We may hide or remove a listing that breaches these terms or receives serious, repeated complaints. You can leave at any time.

7. Paid services

Any future paid plan will be offered separately and never charged without your written agreement.
