A concierge, not a call centre
We are based in the Axarquía and we know how hard it can be to find someone reliable – especially in a language you speak, for a house you may not be in all year.
How we check businesses
Before a business is listed we check that it exists and trades locally: its own website or Google profile, its contact details and its public reviews. “Verified” businesses have also confirmed their details with us and, where relevant, shown their insurance.
What we do for you
You describe the job once. We choose up to three suitable businesses – those that work in your town, do that kind of job and, wherever possible, speak your language – and pass your request on. They contact you and quote you directly.
What it costs
Nothing. Homeowners never pay us, and there is no obligation to accept any quote.
What we don’t do
We are not a party to the work: your agreement is with the business you choose. Always ask for a written quote, check what IVA applies and whether a licence is needed.
